The surcharge of non-standard delivery

Firstly thank you for your shopping and order.

The following postcode incurs a surcharge to cover delivery as it's in one of the postcodes that are subject to an extra charge. Therefore the surcharge in as we will require more charges to ship your order.

We offer next-day delivery services to accommodate customers who require their orders promptly. Due to the higher logistics costs associated with expedited shipping, these services are more expensive than our standard delivery options. If you need next-day delivery, we will inform you of the additional charges based on the rates provided by our third-party delivery partners.

Please note that next-day delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the specific products ordered. To ensure we can meet your requirements, we recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm service availability and to receive an accurate quote for the additional cost.

By offering this expedited service, we aim to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers who have time-sensitive projects.

When customers outside our standard delivery area place an order but overlook the surcharge payment, we will send a surcharge payment request via email. Delivery will only be arranged after the payment is received. If the customer refuses to pay the surcharge, we may incur a loss, and the order will be canceled and refunded.

We are not accepting orders for delivery to North Ireland at present. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We appreciate this may be an oversight and if this has not been budgeted for we can, of course, cancel the transaction. Either way, when we speak we can agree on the best course of action.
