Paving Slabs UK delivers to all UK mainland addresses. Regrettably, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, and BFPO addresses.
For customers residing in remote or rural areas, please be aware that our delivery service may take an additional 2 working days or we may contact you to inform you if your address is not serviceable.
Delivery to an address different from your billing address is allowed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the unloading point is suitable for a tail-lift and manual pump truck delivery method. The pump truck can only be operated on a solid and level surface, and it cannot be used on soft surfaces such as sand, grass, gravel, etc.
By making a purchase on our website, customers acknowledge and understand these terms. If additional costs are incurred due to the delivery company's inability to complete the delivery, the customer will be responsible for all outward and return delivery charges, as well as any applicable restocking fees.
Please be aware that failing to be present at the delivery site on the pre-booked delivery day may result in a redelivery charge starting from £60 per crate or pallet. This charge is determined by the delivery company, and we do not impose any additional fees.

While we always strive to deliver products on the agreed-upon delivery date, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally prevent timely delivery. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.

In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive on the scheduled delivery day, we will make every effort to deliver it on the next working day.
To keep costs affordable, we utilize the most economic method of delivery.
