How to Order:
You can place your order directly through our website or by calling us. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll need to call our support line to finalise the delivery details and pay the surcharge based on your postcode. Our team will then ensure your order is processed quickly and dispatched for next-day delivery. -
Delivery Timeframe:

Occasional Delays May Occur:
We arrange premium express delivery services with our delivery partners. While we strive for the fastest possible service, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons. Please note that the additional fees paid for premium express delivery are non-refundable in the event of such delays.After we arranged premium delivery service for your order, the third-party warehouse and collection depot began processing it through the premium dispatch system. However, on rare occasions, there may be a one-day delay if they are handling a high volume of orders and cannot process everything in time.
We kindly ask for your understanding. While your order has been given priority, it is still handled within the standard premium workflow. Due to cost considerations, it is not feasible for a staff member to monitor a single delivery continuously around the clock.
